Registration for the Autumn Feast
Feast fee: 800 SEK / € 80 per guest for all days, or 500 SEK / 50 € for one day.
The fully paid fee counts as registration for the Autumn Feast. Payment must be made available to Mithlond on Tuesday 31 August at the latest in order for you to be guaranteed a reservation (which now don’t apply to the Kviberg Hostel). Payments should primarily be made to Mithlond's Plusgiro 445 91 18-8 (BIC is NDEASESS; IBAN: SE22 9500 0099 6042 4459 1188), or through other means by personal agreement with Arthalion, the Mithlond Treasurer, at sm@mithlond.se
When paying the fee, please state:
* Middle-earth alias and real name
* Society/organisation or the person who invited you
* Postal and email addresses
* Any food allergies or other things we need to take into account
* Your estimated time of arrival at HGXX

Accommodation in Beleriand

Kviberg's Hostel, ca. 250 m walking distance from the feast site.
All-in-one hostel deal: 540 SEK /54 € for all three nights in Beleriand – Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. This price is for a single bed in a 4–6 bed dormitory. For special requests, like e.g. a smaller room, please contact us at anmalan@mithlond.se and we will try to accommodate your wishes.
Price per single night: 190 SEK / 19€
Bed linens may be brought along or rented at a charge of 70 SEK / 7 € per guest.
Staying the night at the feast site is not allowed.

Festivity location and directions
Kvibergs Kantin – map
Address: Kvibergs kaserner, old LV6, Övre Kaserngården 12, Gothenburg.
Public transport: From the Central station, take the no. 7 or 11 tram destined for Bergsjön, and get off at stop Kviberg. Travel time is approximately 10 minutes. For departures and fares, please visit: www.vasttrafik.se. From the tram stop it is a 500-metre walk to Beleriand (Kvibergs Kantin). Follow the signposts.
Directions for drivers: After arriving in Gothenburg, drive toward Gamlestan (Gamlestaden), go past the SKF factory and then toward Utby. After a few hundred metres you will see the old Kviberg Regiment (also known as LV6) on your left hand side. Turn before the regimental building and follow the signposts. Travel time from central Gothenburg is approximately 10 minutes.
Parking is right next to the feast site and the hostel.
Children
Children are very welcome in the company of their parents. As things currently stand, there will be no organised childcare. We welcome individual initiatives and encourage parents to join together to help each other out. Breastfeeding babies are always welcome everywhere. Small children are not allowed at ceremonies.
Feast fees for children: 0–6 years no charge, 7–13 years half fee, children over 13 years full fee.
Beverage package deal
A beverage package will be on offer. Details will be made available by the respective heads of kitchens.
A bevarage package for Saturday costs 100 SEK / 10 €. Payment in advance, please.
Ceremonies
Ceremonies will be held primarily on the Friday and Saturday; hence embassies on the Friday.
Inquiries about ceremonies and embassies will be answered by Mithlond's Master of Ceremonies, Zigil, and Mithlond's Foreign Chancellor, Ruby Gamgee. They can be reached on cm@mithlond.se and uk@mithlond.se, respectively.
